Easy to cook chicken tawa tandoori is not only delicious but healthy also as very little oil is used to cook it. For better taste I recommend byadgi chilli powder and olive oil.
Method:
1. Wash the chicken pieces neatly and squeez water from it completely.
2. Marinate (mix) all ingredients with the chicken pieces and keep for 1 hour.
3. Heat a non stick pan and smear 1 tsp oil and place chicken pieces with the lowest flame for 15 minutes.
4. Turn the chicken pieces occasionally (every 5 minutes is ideal).
Your delicious chicken tawa tandoori is ready to serve.
I enjoyed this tawa tandoori with chappathi and aviyal today. It can be taken with rice or as side dish during drinks also.
